From the exit Modena Nord continue towards the North Freeway Luigi Pirandello towards Bologna. At the junction with signs for Bologna / Verona / Carpi / Center keep left and take the exit 11 towards Brenner / Mantova / Carpi. Go to National Road to North Carpi. Take the exit toward S. Pancrazio / Ponte Alto / Villanova. Go to Villanova Road until you get to the town. The entrance to the B & B 'Le Magnolie' is located in the residential area on the left.
